As a teacher you play a central and pivotal role in the success of our Student’s journey to acquire the English language. You are a fundamental part of the Service Team, comprised of Qualified Teachers and Service Staff who work in synergy to ensure that each Student experience is premium and exceptional in every way. You will report to Head Teacher
You will directly contribute to the students’ learning by preparing and teaching fun, interactive, and dynamic classes. Your natural teaching ability will guarantee that the student is successfully acquiring English throughout their course and can communicate effectively in accordance with their level. You’ll give a student progress to their parents with your constructive feedback.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning and delivering interactive, fun and dynamic classes to students at every level in order to guarantee that Students are successfully.
• Ensure that all classes are well prepared for, through the development of lesson plans under CURIOO teaching methodologies.
• Acting as a mentor to new teachers by providing support and advice during their integration
• Be on the floor and do the activities with students.
• Provide feedback and progress of student to their parent in accordance with CURIOO Standard.
• Administer results of Classes in the Company Learner Management System (CBAS) at the end of every shift.
• Ensuring that your Centre is always warm, fun, welcoming and tidy for your students and their parents.
• Continuously developing your skills as a teacher through new product training and carrying out the personalized training paths assigned by your manager.
• Compliance with all regulatory and health and safety processes and ensure the safety and security of all students, and visitors.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree/above and CELTA/ TEFL/ TESOL
2. Native-level English Speaker with neutral accent
3. One year+ teaching experience
4. Passionate about developing young minds
5. Inquiry-based learning experience beneficial not essential
6. Highly energetic with the ability to engage young learners, whilst still developing their skills and ensuring progress (not just an edutainer)
