Our Learning Consultant is to inform parents of the aptitude and personality of their child through the initial assessment report and by explaining how CURIOO will help their child achieve, improved academic results and have a bright future they enroll their child in our learning program. The objective of this position is to help students achieve their learning objectives and keep parents regularly informed of the child’s progress and achievement.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• The learning consultant will invite parents that have indicated an interest in CURIOO to an initial assessment report to understand the parent’s objectives/ goals of their child’s education and match that objective with sharing the benefits of the CURIOO learning course.
• The learning consultant will make a course recommendation based on the goals of parents and the problems that need a solution.
• The learning consultant will collaborate with service supervisor to make sure onboarding process has been set up on the first month of enrollment with smooth, fun and friendly.
• Learning consultant role is to help and get the right to the concerns parents have and are able to clearly address them via CURIOO learning methodologies.
• Learning consultants and service supervisor will set a regular follow up on the students learning and provide feedback and advice to parents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of sales/ consulting experience
• Passionate about education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience, persistence, and a willingness to cope with rejection
• Excellent organization and time management capabilities
• Thrive as an individual and as part of a team
• Can work under pressure
• Weekend duty rosters.
