Our sales manager is to supervise, train, develop and lead a learning consultant team to achieve the studio’s target. This position is responsible for individual sell contributions to the team as part of learning consultant also. Sales manager should come up with sales strategies and sourcing channels to expand the pool of targeted customers.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, develop and lead a learning consultant team to achieve the studio’s target.
• Initiate sales strategies and sourcing channels to expand the pool of targeted customers.
• The learning consultant will invite parents that have indicated an interest in CURIOO to an initial assessment report to understand the parent’s objectives/ goals of their child’s education and match that objective with sharing the benefits of the CURIOO learning course.
• The learning consultant will make a course recommendation based on the goals of parents and the problems that need a solution.
• The learning consultant will collaborate with service supervisor to make sure onboarding process has been set up on the first month of enrollment with smooth, fun and friendly.
• Learning consultant role is to help and get the right to the concerns parents have and are able to clearly address them via CURIOO learning methodologies.
• Learning consultants and service supervisor will set a regular follow up on the students learning and provide feedback and advice to parents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of sales/ consulting experience
• Minimum 3 years of management position
• Passionate about education and training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Weekend duty rosters.
