Their duties are to manage quality process in the studio and include effective communication to every department and parent in the studio. A service supervisor also drives the improvements of process to reach studio\u2019s KPI.<\/p><p><b>Essential duties and responsibilities:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Handle an effective studio\u2019s operational management systems and processes eg. Student record, course scheduling, managing headcount vs class offering vs number of student per class, create teaching materials.<\/li><li>Conduct curious weekend activities.<\/li><li>Be a studio\u2019s administrator eg. Facilities, safety, studio\u2019s cleanness, stationaries, studio\u2019s budget management.<\/li><li>Ensure quality student and customer service Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and promptly respond to customer inquiries Ex class changes, Play and assist student to toilet.<\/li><li>Build Parent &amp; Community Relations eg.
