Customer Service Manager

1 Position

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing operational activities of the studio. Their duties are to manage quality process in the studio and include effective communication to every department and parent in the studio. A service supervisor also drives the improvements of process to reach studio’s KPI.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle an effective studio’s operational management systems and processes eg. Student record, course scheduling, managing headcount vs class offering vs number of student per class, create teaching materials.
  • Conduct curious weekend activities.
  • Be a studio’s administrator eg. Facilities, safety, studio’s cleanness, stationaries, studio’s budget management.
  • Ensure quality student and customer service Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and promptly respond to customer inquiries Ex class changes, Play and assist student to toilet.
  • Build Parent & Community Relations eg. Serve as the key contact between teachers, parents, and students.
  • Conduct a new student orientation and parent interview effectively.
  • Be a key contact to the parents has with CURIOO and are always approachable, friendly, positive and supportive.
  • Being part of the team and participating to help other departments if needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of service experience and management
  • Demonstrated success in customer service, handling complaints, budget management.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and software for tracking and monitoring service performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
